Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a few clear photos so we can help quickly.

Change-of-mind returns

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been prepared, change-of-mind returns may not be available.
