Terms of Service
These terms explain how Picklepups orders work. By placing an order, you agree to the product, personalisation, shipping, and support terms below.
Product previews
Product previews show the item colour and print placement. Your selected pup, name, and tagline will use your design preview. Final placement may vary slightly by product, production method, and size.
Pricing and checkout
Prices are shown in the selected store currency before shipping. AUD product prices include GST where shown. USD taxes are calculated during secure checkout where required. Stripe handles card and PayPal payment securely where available.
Production and fulfilment
After payment is confirmed, we generate your personalised artwork and send the order to production. Timing can vary by product, destination, current order volume, and quality checks.
Shipping
We currently ship to Australia and the United States. Standard shipping is charged at a flat regional rate during checkout: $5.95 for United States orders and A$11.95 for Australia orders. Tracking is provided when available.
Returns and changes
Because products are personalised and made to order, change-of-mind returns may not be available once production has started. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us so we can help.
Artwork and brand
Picklepups artwork, branding, site copy, and product designs remain the property of Picklepups or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, scrape, or reuse our artwork or product previews without permission.
